Zumba with Stacey

Join Stacey for a high-energy, 60-minute Zumba class that blends Latin and international music with fun, cardio-packed dance moves. Perfect for all fitness levels, this sweaty, social workout is a great way to kickstart your day with friends!

STRENGTH & CARDIO

Join Michelle for a guided 45 minute strength & cardio class. It will be high energy, for all ages and fitness levels and will be alot of fun!

When: Wednesdays 7:00am & Fridays 8:00am

Where: In The Studio

What to Bring: Towel, Water bottle, shoes, Comfortable workout clothes

Cost: $15 per class for non members, gym members get this class FREE!

BOXING

Join Talaei for a high intensity boxing class, where you will learn boxing techniques, boxfit cardio, and be able to push, and get your sweat ON!

Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Tuesdays 7:00-7:30am
Thursdays 6:15-7:00am

What to bring: Water bottle, Towel, Comfortable workout clothes, Boxing gloves (if you have them, but we have some you can use for the class), Shoes
